🏪Consumables Shop

A place to buy all the necessary resources to nurture trees in Project Forest.

The consumable shop contains in-game resources like water, fertilizers, and the germinator. These resources are necessary for tree growth and survivability, and each resource can be acquired by spending O2 tokens.

Water

Trees need water to grow, without which they will wither and perish. It is also required to enhance tree growth. Different types and grades of trees have different water-storage capacities and requirements. In the Consumables Shop, water can be bought for 20 O2 and provide trees with 360 minutes of hydration.

Fertilizers

Fertilizers are used to upgrade trees. Different levels of fertilizers have different upgrade times and cooldowns:

• Large Fertilizer: Cost (unknown). Absorption cooldown of 24 hours.

• Medium Fertilizer: Cost (unknown). Absorption cooldown of 12 hours.

• Small Fertilizer: Cost (30 O2). Absorption cooldown of 6 hours.

Currently, in the closed beta, only the Small Fertilizer has been released. Players who wish to upgrade their trees can buy Small Fertilizers from the Consumable Shop for 30 O2. Trees take 6 hours to absorb one Small Fertilizer.

Germinator

Germinator is a special feature in Project Forest, which is currently locked in the closed beta. It is used to germinate seeds, after which players can view the seed's individual attributes. The Germinator costs 5,000 O2 to purchase, and seeds need to germinate for 72 hours in it to display their attributes.

Currently, the Germinator’s use is restricted in the closed beta and will be unlocked in the future.
